With Hostfully’s Guidebook integration into the Property Management Platform, you can create Guidebooks for your guests using data already input into your Property Management Platform account.  The guidebooks are a great way to communicate essential information to your guest:, like directions to the listing and how to check-in.  They are also a great way to share with your guest all the activities, restaurants and sites near your listing.

Here’s how to get started!

On Hostfully's Property Management Platform:

  1. Choose Integrations:

2. Scroll down to Hostfully and turn on Hostfully

Click on the Hostfully Management Console link. It will take you to the Guidebook login page.

On Hostfully's Guidebook:

  1. Go to PMP Imports > click the import button next to the property name.

2. A popup will appear allowing you to choose to Create a new guidebook or pick an existing guidebook.

3. Once imported, toggle ON Auto-create secure links to get the link populated automatically.

When you are ready to import all of your properties, click on the Upgrade button on the top left of the page.

Once you have completed your guidebook, copy the URL and add it to the booking confirmation email and any other custom template you send before the guests’ stay.

Soon we will allow you to indicate in Hostfully when your guidebook is ready to share with your guests and include the link automatically.

Reservations made before the integration may not automatically populate Guidebook Secure Links. To do that, go to the management platform and tweak the guest name a little (add a dot after their last name, for example) to signal a reservation update to the system, then undo the change, and Save. This will trigger a reservation update to the system and generate Secure Links.
