Property managers are required to sync with LEID / contract details from Booking.com.

If you don't have one yet, you can follow the link from above screenshot and create a new one right from Hostfully PMP as below.

Note:

  • If a property was already built without LEID, you as Property Owner / Manager needs to contact Booking.com Local Support (LPS) team to link the property to the LEID.

Note:

  • If there is an error, an alert message will show up.

  • If the form is successfully submitted, a success message with LEID will show up.
    Also, PM will receive an email with a link to the Booking.com contracting tool, where PM must sign the contract before being able to set a property as Open and Bookable.

Once you get your LEID, or if you already have one, you can set it or in this context, sync with Booking.com contract details by the "Legal Contact Email".

Once you connect with a LEID / contract, you can have below options:

  • Add addition country to current LEID / contract

  • View details of current LEID / contract

  • Refresh the current LEID / contract if there is any update
