This is the first step to get your properties listed on Booking.com and connected to Hostfully. (related article). Property managers are required to sync with a LEID from Booking.com when using a property management software. You can take action from the top of the Booking.com channel page in Hostfully.
Create Legal Entity ID
If you are new to hosting on Booking.com you will need to create a LEID. If you already have a Booking.com account, a Legal Entity and a signed contract with Booking.com, skip to part 2. If you're not sure, skip to part 2 and check by entering your email address.
Complete the form
Confirm success message and sign contract
If there is an error, an alert message will show up.
If the form is successfully submitted, a success message with LEID will show up.
Also, you will receive an email with a link to the Booking.com contracting tool, where you must sign the contract before being able to fully connect.
Enter the Legal Entity contract ID to Hostfully:
Once you have a Booking.com LEID and a signed contract (part 1), you can enter your legal email address used on the contract you signed with Booking.com or your legal ID number to sync the account. Navigate to the Booking.com Channels page in Hostfully
Follow step 2 and click on the hyperlinked "here" to do so
Enter your legal contact email or your legal entity ID. Either will work. You do not need to enter both. Click Sync
That will connect your Booking.com account with your Hostfully account and you will then have the below options:
Add additional country to current LEID / contract
View details of current LEID / contract
Refresh the current LEID / contract if there is any update
Note: If your Booking.com listing was connected to another property management software before Hostfully
You would have to contact Booking.com Local Support Team to help change the company to Hostfully in the contract. Here is How to contact Booking.com by call or message.
Note: If you've had a Booking.com listing for years, chances are it wasn't built with a LEID.
