You can log owner adjustments to help account for expenses the owners should incur or credits that you provide to them.

In order to have the option to "Manage Owner Adjustments", an owner needs to be created for the property. See Using the Owners portal for more instructions.

To log the adjustments, please go to Property Settings > Owner tab > Manage Owner Adjustments

On the next screen, you will be able to specify:

  • Ongoing adjustment(s)

  • One-time adjustment(s)

  • View created adjustment(s)

You can always add "owner credits" by simply entering a negative amount value. See the below example:
