You can log owner adjustments to help account for expenses the owner should incur.

In order to have the option to "Manage Owner Adjustments", an owner needs to be created for the property. See: Using the Owners portal for more instructions.

Then, PM can log their expense through:
Property Settings > Owner tab > Manage Owner Adjustments

On the next screen, you will be able to specify:

  • Ongoing adjustment(s)

  • One-time adjustment(s)

  • View created adjustment(s)
