Logging Owner Expenses

An owner can log their expenses in Hostfully if he/she has owner relationship. When a PM manages a rental on behalf of an owner, they can log their expenses that will be eventually refunded by the owner.

If an owner relationship is not set on Hostfully, he/she will need to go through the following steps to fill out the owner form first: Using the Owners portal

Then, PM can log their expense through:
Property Settings > Owner tab > Manage Owner Adjustments

On the next screen, you will be able to specify:

  • Ongoing adjustment(s)

  • One-time adjustment(s)

  • View created adjustment(s)
