On Hostfully's PMP:

Step 1- Enable the switch on the Integrations page for Lynx


Step 2- Request Lynx's CSM to enable Hostfully Integration via customersuccess@getlynx.co

Step 3- Wait for Lynx to confirm they have enabled the integration

On Lynx:

Once you have confirmation that the integration is enabled

Step 1- Log into your Lynx account

Step 2- Click on Properties > Search property > Click the Edit icon

Step 3- Click Booking Details to expand that section of the Edit Properties Page.

Step 4- Add the link

Note:

1. Click Add PMS/Booking Site.

2. Select the Appropriate PMS/Booking Site.

3. Enter the listing name or iCal link.

4. Click Save.


Step 5- Confirm Reservations are Syncing (Initial sync may take up to a couple of hours depending on the length of the data)

Moving forward, all the new reservations, update to existing reservations and cancellations will sync automatically.

Complete the syncing of the reservations when your Lynx software setup is complete. This should be the last step before you go-live with Lynx.

Some extra notes:

  • Reservations are synced for next 1 month in advance. Reservations sync every 30 minutes.

  • Access code is generated for the reservation instantly upon syncing the reservation from Hostfully to Lynx.

  • Lynx will send access codes back to Hostfully every hour.

and tips with Hostfully PMP Templates & Triggers:

  • You can include the PIN and instructions into your pre check-in message. To do that, edit the template and incorporate the pincode variable [$LEAD_PINCODE$] from the drop-down. You can also add all the details your guests will need to access your property.

  • PINcodes are not necessarily generated immediately. Depending on the PINcode provider, there may be a delay. Hostfully’s Template and Trigger system will wait up to 3 hours for PINcodes to populate. If after 3 hours the PINcode is still not available then the message will fail.

  • The symbol like * or ✅ (if any) indicates what to enter on the keypad at the end.
