On Hostfully's PMP:

1 – Enable the switch on the Integrations page


2- Email - support@getlynx.co with the subject “Enable Hostfully's Lynx Integration”

3- Wait for Lynx to confirm they have enabled the integration

On Lynx:

Once you have confirmation that the integration is enabled

1- Log into your Lynx account

2- Click on My Properties and then Edit the property.

3- At the Bottom Expand Hostfully, you will see a drop-down with the list of your properties on Hostfully's PMP. Select the appropriate property name and complete the Link.

4- Confirm Reservations are Syncing (Initial sync may take up to a couple of hours depending on the length of the data)

Moving forward, all the new reservations, update to existing reservations and cancellations will sync automatically.

Notify your guests with Hostfully PMP Templates & Triggers

You can include the PIN and instructions into your pre check-in message. To do that, edit the template and incorporate the pincode variable [$LEAD_PINCODE$] from the drop-down. You can also add all the details your guests will need to access your property.

Note: PINcodes are not necessarily generated immediately. Depending on the PINcode provider, there may be a delay. Hostfully’s Template and Trigger system will wait up to 3 hours for PINcodes to populate. If after 3 hours the PINcode is still not available then the message will fail.
