Set up different Service Providers under your Agency Settings to grant your guests access to optional cleaning services, tours, or experiences unique to each property, that allow them to personalize their visit.
STEP 1: CREATING A SERVICE PROVIDER
Start by going to Agency Settings > Service Providers to create your first service provider. Once you complete the Provider's information click Save. The list of available Service Providers will be listed on the right side (see arrow). Each Service Provider will need to be created with an email address that is unique on the system.
STEP 2: CREATE SERVICES FOR EACH SERVICE PROVIDER
A service provider can provide multiple services, so our platform allows you to define each particular service and pricing. On the Edit Provider page, click on Add a Service to add services. Added services will appear on the right (see arrows)
The Add Service page enables you to provide service details. Very important: be sure to select Guest Service and check the box to indicate the Service is Active. Then, Save Service.
This service will then appear on the Create Job window when you create a Job.
STEP 3: ASSIGN GUEST SERVICE PROVIDERS TO THE PROPERTIES WHERE THEIR SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE:
Under your company name, click on Our Properties, then select the property where you want the Guest Service to be available.
Once you've accessed that Property, find the Service Providers tab for it, and check the box for the Other Providers that will be available to your guests. Click Save once you are done selecting them.
When your guest is ready to secure the booking the following screens will come up. One indicating which property is being booked...
...and the next where the Guest Services will be proposed:
Your guest can then add the extra services, and complete their booking.
Note: only VRM is notified upon purchase, while Service Provider is not.
