We are proud to announce a new partnership with Virtual Concierge Service (VCS), a voice interface solution for vacation rentals, which will help guests access their guidebook content with voice.
HOW TO TURN ON VOICE:
From your Hostfully Guidebook, activate the voice tech option in your settings:
Click to edit a guidebook you would like to connect
Scroll down to the section titled "Voice Service" and click "Activate Voice Service"
This will take you to the VCS website and prompt you to sign up for the VCS service if you haven’t already. There will be further instructions within the VCS system.
Follow the instructions within the VCS system to import your guidebook data and set up your voice devices. For support with any of this configuration, please contact the VCS support team.
Once connected, your guests will be able to listen to all the great content you’ve already created in your property. Whether it’s information about local restaurants, grocery stories, tours, and activities, you’ll be delivering a premium experience that guests are sure to enjoy and remember.

The promise of voice-enabled devices is clear—last year over a billion were sold, and 65% of 25-49 year-olds speak to them at least once per day. Consumers, including vacation rental guests, are demanding voice at a growing rate.This is why we teamed up with VCS to allow vacation rental owners to enable voice features directly within guidebooks.
