About InsuraGuest

Below you will find information about InsuraGuest’s insurance coverages and information on how to set up the integration. Sign up with InsuraGuest and have primary (make a claim with us first) coverage on your property.

Coverage highlights:

  • Up to $1,000,000 in coverage for property and accidental medical:

Coverages that protect the property from claims made by the guests on a primary basis:

  • If your guest slips and falls at the pool, at the gym, in the parking lot, or in the bathtub they are covered and you make a claim with us first.

  • If your guest is robbed, it’s covered.

  • If your guest accidentally dies at your property, they are covered.

  • If your guest spills wine and creates a carpet stain, make a claim with us.

How to set it up

Step 1: Login to Hostfully: https://platform.hostfully.com/login.jsp

Step 2: Select the Integration option from the top menu

Step 3: Switch Insuraguest “on” in your Hostfully Integrations page:

then click on Settings link to manage it on property level. Only the activated properties can be accessed by InsuraGuest.

Step 4: Get your Agency UID: For that go to Agency Settings: At the bottom of the page you will find Agency UID

Step 5: Set up your Insuraguest Fee as a mandatory fee:

1. Choose “Properties” in your account dropdown menu:

2. For each property:

a. Click on the property name:

b. Under the “Fees and Policies” tab, adjust your fees:

Step 6: Go to the Rental Condition tab & enter this rental condition text:

“InsuraGuest Hospitality Liability Coverage: coverage that protects you during your stay if an accident happens. By accepting this reservation, you are accepting this mandatory fee for your protection.”

Step 7: Log in to InsuraGuest: https://hospitality.insuraguest.com/login

Once you switch “ON” InsuraGuest from the Integration, after one day you will

get an email from InsuraGuest with your Username and Password. You can log in to InsuraGuest with these credentials.

Step 8: Accept InsuraGuest Terms & Conditions

After login, you will need to accept our T&C to complete the integration.

Step 9: After accepting the T&C on the next page Insert your Agency UID in the

Application Form which you got from the Hostfully website:

Step 10: Go Live: Once Verification is complete your Vacation Rental is READY!!

You can Manage your live transactions on the InsuraGuest dashboard when you login.

Please look for an email from InsuraGuest within the next couple of days with your insurance certificates and a summary of coverages.
