If you compare the payout that you got from Airbnb to the amount that appears in Hostfully for one booking, you may notice a difference. Please note that Airbnb will send back to us taxes that they are already collecting and remitting on your behalf. Any tax on the order in Hostfully that has the geographical area in parentheses was collected and remitted by Airbnb. Nonetheless, they send that to us through the API. Here is an example:

If you add up all those taxes, that will be the difference between the Airbnb payout and the Hostfully order. In this example 653.68 - 61.98 = 591.70

Note: If you add a custom Airbnb tax in " Fee and Policies" to your property, it will have a different formatting making it easy to decipher. Here is an example.
