Rates and Availability

Push Updates are live for Rates and Availability (the only push updates that Vrbo currently supports). As changes are made, they should be immediately synced to Vrbo.

In addition to immediately syncing rates and availability, there is a "safety" sync in case anything is missed. Here is the schedule for that:

Availability: Every 4 hours (1,5,9,13,17,21) on the 17th minute of the hour (CST)

Rates: every 6 hours (4, 10, 16, 22) on the 21st minute of the hour (CST)

If you ever need to sync rates and availability manually, you can do so from the Vrbo channels page next to the specific listing.

New Listings:

New listings go live on Vrbo daily at 3:12 AM (CST)

All Other Updates:

Description content, amenities, etc, daily at 5:06 AM (CST)

Reservations/Booking requests confirmed:

Vrbo’s BUS (Booking Update Service) runs daily and any changes will be picked up to show up on their Vrbo within maximum 24 hours. As long as the reservation details and calendar availability in the integrated management platform (like Hostfully) are correct, it is not worrisome.

Vrbo checks for duplicate photos. Therefore, if a duplicate photo is being sent over from Hostfully PMP, the Vrbo listing's photos will not update, and you may notice the wrong order of photos or the different number of photos.

In that case, you can remove the duplicate photo(s), and the Vrbo listing may take some days afterward to update accordingly.

Vrbo supports 50 photos at the moment. That means only the first 50 photos are uploaded from Hostfully PMP, currently supporting maximum 99 photos.
