At this time, we only support rate plans which are mapped to the standard rate. If you do not map them to the standard rate, we will not receive the reservation in Hostfully resulting in potential double bookings and no way to manage the guest via our platform.

We do not support the mobile rate at this time, as it cannot be mapped to the standard rate.

Here is how to map other rates to the standard rate:

Go to the extranet where you can manage your rates:

Click the edit button on any rate plan which shows and is not the standard rate:

Click the edit button in the price row:

Base the plan on a current plan and choose the standard rate in the drop down and click save:

Now any reservation booked on that rate plan will sync with Hostfully.
