Sometimes you'll communicate with representatives at one of our integration partners or with representatives at one of the booking channels we connect to. They may need information (an ID) to identify a specific booking. That's what we call a Booking Unique ID. To find this ID, please follow these steps:
Find the guest by searching their name in your Pipeline.
Click EDIT (on the right) to access details related to this booking.
Once you can see the booking details, click on the "Data" tab. On the top field you'll find your Booking Unique ID (BUID):
This information is usually all they will need to find all the information that relates to your booking.
