Guest reviews are one of the most important factors in terms of reputation and conversion. As a property manager or owner, all your reviews are spread across many OTAs and listing sites. Setting up the Revyoos - Hostfully connection
Thanks to our API integration with Revyoos, you can automatically collect all your reviews and responses from major OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, TripAdvisor) and Facebook. You will be able to display all of them on your own website.
Step 1: Activate Revyoos integration
Under your Agency dropdown in Hostfully PMP, go to Integrations > Revyoos, and toggle it ON.
Then, go to the Settings link right beside the toggle, to decide it on the property level. Only the ones activated will synchronize review with Revyoos.
Step 2: Create your account
If you already have a Revyoos account, you can reach out to email@example.com for help to add Agency UID to the system and skip this step.
Otherwise, create your free account using the following link. (This is important to get the reviews collected properly)
You will need to enter your Agency UID (that can be found at the bottom of your Agency Settings page) to automatically collect all your reviews.
Step 3: Automatic review collection
You don’t have to do anything, depending on the number of reviews, the process can take from a few minutes to several hours. Revyoos will send you an email with the result once finished.
Step 4: Display reviews on your website
Important: If you are using Hostfully direct booking property listings urls in your website, your reviews will automatically appear on your website.
If you are using your own independent website, you will have to add Revyoos widgets manually in your website (Step 5)
Step 5: Set review content
Depending on your preferences or the terms & conditions of each OTA, you can display the full content of every single review and link to your listing or only display the summary with rating and number of reviews.
By default, the full content will show up, and you can go to settings to change it.
Step 6: Insert the widget in your website (Only for those of you that have their own independent website)
Setup your Widget
Depending on your plan, you will have access to different widgets and features.
Global Review Widget: this widget aggregates absolutely all your reviews from all your properties. Only available with Business plan
Property Review Widget: you have one for each of your properties. Available for both, Business and Premium
With both plans you can use the Expandable widget. The Embed widget with Rich Snippets to show your stars on Google and improve your SEO is only available for Business.
To setup your widget, go to “Settings”, and set the following:
Alignment: right / Left
Color: your can set your corporate colors
Content: Depending on your preferences or the terms & conditions of each OTA, you can display the content of every single review and link to your listing or only display the summary with rating and nº of reviews of each OTA.
