Above are the filters you can apply to best display the Pipeline to your favor, and we will clarify below on the first 2 items Status & Sort By.

A - Status

Status

Status Definition

Relevant

It will exclude leads with status:

  • Closed

  • Cancelled

  • Archived

  • Ignored

  • Declined

All

Do not exclude any status

Quote

It will include leads with status:

  • New

  • Quote Sent

On Hold

it will include leads with status:

  • On Hold

Booked

it will include leads with status:

  • Booked (by agent, guest, etc.)

  • Paid in full

Declined

it will include leads with status:

  • Declined

Stay

(When the guest is staying in the property)

it will include leads with status:

  • Stay

Closed

it will include leads with status:

  • Close quote

  • Close hold

Cancelled

it will include leads with status:

  • Cancelled (by agent, guest, etc.)

Archived

(After the checkout date all leads are archived. This means that all archived leads are in the past.)

it will include leads with status:

  • Archived

Ignored

(For Dashboard only) Ignored means the lead has not been accepted or declined.

  • Ignored

B - Sort By

Definition

Most Recent

Order leads by Creation Date (newest one on top)

Arrival Date

(The default arrival date is the check-in date and time unless the guest as requested an arrival date in the pre-arrival form or the agency has updated the check-in in the stay details.)

Order by Arrival Date (exclude Closed status)

The sort order is earliest to latest
