In order to enable remote control in Zoom using a MacBook, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click the Apple logo at the top left corner of your screen.

  2. Click System Preferences.

    3. Click Security & Privacy.

    4. Enter your OS administrator username and password, then click Unlock.


    5. Select the Privacy tab > Accessibility to allow remote control in a meeting and tick Zoom application
