We’re bummed when customers want to cancel. But it happens. Here’s our policy:
If a customer contacts us within two weeks of being charged for the service, and would like to cancel, we are happy to refund that customer for the service. This does not apply to yearly subscriptions.
Similarly, if a customer has been paying for multiple months of service, and asks to cancel, we will refund the customer for the last month of service, provided that the customer contacts us within the two week window after the charge has been issued.
In all cases, customers should email firstname.lastname@example.org to start the cancellation process. Our system time-stamps emails so we can accurately understand when requests for cancellation come in.
